Hello, I just want to thank you for all the edits you've been making. I know you got tipped about the download link rule and I wanted to say it's really nice of you to go back and fix that mistake yourself. The stuff you've been adding is real useful. Hii, sorry for the trouble recently, I agree that there could be a better way to communicate these things. I support the idea of a board of sorts. :') It could be fun for everyone to leave suggestions and stuff! So I vote for having one, yes. Though I'm not a mod or anything so it's not up to me to decide, ahah
Also about Cheesecake's links, I wasn't able to explain it well (so that's on me, I'm sorry) so right now they're not fixed yet.
The link for v.0.01 should be this: https://cheesecakeart-blog.tumblr.com/post/92687524616/my-yume-nikki-fangame-coma-is-out-i-betatested-it
And the link for v.0.00 should be this: https://cheesecakesart.tumblr.com/post/71773234807/finally-and-after-one-year-my-yume-nikki-fangame
Now with that I think the links should be fixed. Once again, they don't have anything to do with download links so it's okay!
:I already noticed the links were still broken after the edit, and messaged mods about it. The link in your message for .01 actually links to .03, but with all the links its easy to mix em up. In the process, I also stumbled upon the announcement for .04. These are the links that I suggested, since they're shorter and get the job done (also I've never used a talk page so whoops if I fudge formatting)

Hello, I just want to thank you for all the edits you've been making. I know you got tipped about the download link rule and I wanted to say it's really nice of you to go back and fix that mistake yourself. The stuff you've been adding is real useful. - Hey, I read your edit summaries, I'm glad you saw my message :-) Talk pages were always the worst part of this software, and many people have trouble with it, but I'll try to explain it simply:
- Basically, if you want to leave a new message, you can use the
New topic
option in the dropdown menu next to the edit source button (on different skins it may be a visible option). The subject line will turn into a==Header==
and your message text is just like making a normal edit. For replies, you have to edit the page normally. - To make a "reply", you need to add one or more : colons to each line of your reply. Since my reply is directly to my message, I'm using one : colon. If you were to reply to this message, you would use two :: colons. It has to be at the start of each line, so if you ever hit "enter", make sure to re-add them at the start.
- For both messages and replies, always end your text with
~~~~
four tildes, which will automatically place a signature. - I hope this is understandable XD either way, don't worry about it too much, like I said nobody really bothers to do this right ;-) --ZASNK (talk) 16:56, 28 October 2024 (EDT)
Cheesecake tumblr links
You should know that your request to change Cheesecake's tumblr blog links in the Coma page was forwarded to the Yume Wiki discord by User:JPiggs. This was very recent so expect some time. At the very least the admins should be aware.
Also, I recommend trying to contact an admin using their talk page instead of putting messages in edit summaries. Although it's not exactly a problem either way. I'm not sure if admins even check their talk pages. And emails are still broken. Sigh. Say, we could really use some kind of central notice board on here. Maybe one like the community page on the main Yume Wiki. --ZASNK (talk) 20:32, 13 November 2024 (EST)
A better way to communicate + Cheesecake's links again (so sorry)
