Go to the green door in the nexus. Head northeast until you find a cyan-outlined NPC with a T_T face. Interact with it to get the effect.

Surprised.
Appearance: Suzutsuki's eyes and mouth open wide.
Passive Effect: Suzutsuki doubles her walking speed.
Action : None.
Location: Found in Paint World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to travel through the Dream World a lot faster.
Go to the door with two red squares in it. From the door, head northwest until you find a yellow-outlined NPC with a OoO face. Interact with it to get the effect.

Go to the door with two red squares in it. Head a bit west, then south and between some blue mushrooms. Go right a few screens until you are in an open area. Go south and between two monochrome objects. Go southeast to find an NPC with a >o< face.

Enter the dark grey door in the nexus. Go south and interact with the NPC. Go southwest and into a grey puddle. Go southeast and interact with a small purple object. Head northwest to find an NPC with a -.- face.

Location: Found in the Purple Cliffs.

Enter the green door in the nexus. Go southeast and interact with a teal NPC. Head northwest and through a gate. Go left and interact with the geometric object to get to Hell. Go down when the path splits, then up, left, left, down, left to get to a ladder. In the Purple cliffs, take the left ladder, then right, and then keep taking the left ladder to get to the top to find the NPC with a ◇_◇ face.
Items Guide
Key (鍵)
Dirty with mud.
Enter the dark grey door in the nexus. Go southeast and pick up the key.
Letter (手紙)
A letter addressed to "☐☐".
Enter the green door in the nexus. Go southeast and interact with a teal NPC. Head northwest and through a gate. Go left and interact with the geometric object to get to Hell. Head north when the path splits, then east. Continue east until you go north one tile, then east, south two tiles, east, then south until the path splits into an upside-down T. Go left, then down until you hit a wall. Continue left until you see a letter and interact with it to get to a new area. Go north through the doorway. Go southeast and into a building. Go right and pick up the letter.
Coupon (クーポン)
It's scrap paper.
Enter the green door in the nexus. Head a bit west, then north and enter a dark green building. Go right. In the next area, go down when the path splits, then right. Continue right in the next screen. When you reach an open area with red and blue NPCs, go a bit right, then down to find the coupon.
Rubber Band (輪ゴム)
It's torn to pieces.
Enter the door with two red squares. Head a bit west, then south and between some blue mushrooms. Go right a few screens until you are in an open area. Head northwest to find the item.
Candle (ろうそく)
The fire is put out.
Enter the door with green and orange in the nexus. Go left until the door is offscreen, then up and between two neon trees. Go south until you a tree, then southwest and interact with a monochrome sign. Go right whenever the path splits to get to the Monochrome Forest. Go southeast and interact with a ghost NPC. Head south to find the candle.
Shoes (くつ)
That child's.
Enter the green door in the nexus. Go southeast and interact with a teal NPC. Head northwest and through a gate. Go left and interact with the geometric object to get to Hell. Head north when the path splits, then east. Continue east until you go north one tile, then east, south two tiles, east, then south until the path splits into an upside-down T. Go left, then down until you hit a wall. Continue left until you see a letter, then go north and find your way to the red stairs and go down them. Once you are in an open area, Go northwest, then west (ignore the stairs), and interact with the shoes NPC at the dead end. If it's the correct NPC, you should be teleported next to an orange cone. Head up to find the shoes.
End 3 Effects Guide
These effects are found in the other dreamworld unlocked once you begin End 3.
Knife (ナイフ)

Appearance: Suzutsuki hold a knife.
Passive Effect: None
Action : None.
Location: Found on the Gunshots Road.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the left door in the new nexus. Go southeast and into a blue building. Go south at a four-way split, then south, south, west. The screen will begin to darken. In the next area, follow the path. Continue right. In the next area, make your way to the right side of the map, then go up and through a brown gate. Interact with the blue cube. For this puzzle, interact with the left cube, top cube, right cube, right cube. Head down the ladder and go right. Keep going right and interact with the knife at the end.
Hole (穴)
Leave a hole.
Appearance: Suzutsuki has a large chunk missing from her body.
Passive Effect: None
Action : None.
Location: Found in the Bookshelf Area.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the bottom door in the new nexus. Go southeast and through a white gate. Head west until you see a sign with a red arrow, then go southwest and enter the building. Go west and down the ladder. Head right and into the sewer. Make your way to the southern part of the map and interact with a light post. Go right and interact with the hole.
Neon (ネオン)
I want it.

Appearance: None.
Passive Effect: Equipping this effect quits the game.
Action : None.
Location: Found in Neon World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the bottom door in the new nexus. Go southeast and through a white gate. Head west until you see a sign with a red arrow, then go northwest and follow a path of red tiles north and interact with the glowing NPC. Be careful, since equipping this effect quits the game back to the main menu.
Jellyfish (くらげ)
Part of the hair becomes tentacles.
Appearance: Suzutsuki has tentacles protruding from her hair.
Passive Effect: When activated, dark areas are lit.
Action : (Shift) Suzutsuki's hair glows.
Location: Found in Red World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to illuminate dark areas.
Enter the right door in the new nexus. Go southeast and interact with a red object. Go northeast to find and interact with a red jellyfish.
Barefoot (はだし)
Become barefoot.
Appearance: Suzutsuki is barefoot.
Passive Effect: None
Action : None.
Location: Found in the Cat Paw Maze.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the top door in the new nexus. Head south and into the building. Go south until you see a straight horizontal path, then go west and interact with the feet NPC.
School Uniform (制服)
Wear a school uniform.
Appearance: Suzutsuki wears a sailor-style school uniform.
Passive Effect: None
Action : None.
Location: Found in the Blue Building.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the left door in the new nexus. Go southeast and into a blue building. Go south at a four-way split, then south, south, east, east. You should see more eyes lining the walls, and interact with the uniform.
Broken Cardboard (解体ダンボール)
Become broken cardboard.
Appearance: Suzutsuki becomes a disheveled cardboard box.
Passive Effect: Suzutsuki's movement speed is reduced.
Action : None.
Location: Found in the Light Post Island.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the top door in the new nexus. Head south and into the building. Go south until you see a straight horizontal path, then go southeast, then west, then southwest until you see an NPC with a hat. Interact with them. Go east and into a building. Inside, go right. Enter the rightmost door. Go northwest and through the door. When the path splits, take the door on the right and go up some stairs to get to a new area. The path is pretty straightforward, so find a set of stairs to go down to get to the FC Maze. Take the stairs to the right, then down, first on the left, left, then right. Go right to get to a new area. Keep heading right and into the water and interact with the cardboard.
Montage (モンタージュ)

Appearance: Suzutsuki becomes a minimalist face.
Passive Effect: Suzutsuki's movement speed is reduced.
Action : None.
Location: Found in Eyeball NPC World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the right door in the new nexus. Go southeast and interact with a red object. Go northeast until the path splits 3 way: north, northeast, and east. Take the east path, then south and interact with a tree. Go east and onto the road. Go south at the four-way intersection, then continue south at the next four-way, then west off-road at the next three-way and enter the building. Go right. Walk onto the road and go north until you get to the road you came from then go east and into the purple building. Go southeast and interact with a blue eyeball NPC. If you have the Knife effect, they will steal it from your inventory. When you interact with them again, you'll get it back. In the new area, go right and interact with the door.
Endings Guide
End 1
Collect all effects (except End 3 Effects), wake up, and exit the bedroom. After a cutscene, keep heading right.
End 2
Collect all effects (except End 3 Effects) and items, wake up, and go onto the balcony. Pick up the item to the right and go back inside and exit the bedroom. After a cutscene, keep heading right.
End 3
Collect all effects and items, wake up, and go onto the balcony. Ignore the item to the right and interact with the object at the bottom left. This will begin a new section of the game. Collect all End 3 Effects, then enter the door that appears in the center of the nexus. Go left. A cutscene will then play.
