Effects Guide
Pill Bug (ダンゴムシ)
Appearance: Emi transforms into a pill bug.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes Emi curl up.
Location: Found in the Eye Sunflower corridor.
Practical Uses: Can enter some small holes.
Enter the green door in the Nexus to the Sheep Fields. Go southeast and find a barn, then enter the barn. In the barn, interact with the red bird on the perch to change the Sheep Fields into the Red Sheep Fields. From there, look for a pair of red sunflowers, then walk between the sunflowers. From where you are teleported, head up and right, then walk between another pair of red sunflowers. You will be in a hall of red sunflowers with eyes. Go to the end of the hall, then interact with the pillbug on the ground.
Straight Razor (かみそり)
Appearance: Emi holds a straight razor.
Passive Effect: Makes NPCs move away from her.
Action: None.
Location: From the Guts Maze.
Practical Uses: Can kill NPCs that may sometimes leave money behind.
Note: The Gull effect is helpful for finding this effect.
Enter the bloody grey door to go to the Mutilated Parts World. Look for mutilated male and female-like bodies parallel to each other. Walk between them. From where you are at, go northeast, avoid the chasers and you should be in the Guts Maze. Avoid the chasers then look for another Emi in the maze. Interact with Emi, and you will be in a black space with an occasional jumpscare of a woman's face. Walk around in the black space until you see another Emi facing a large blood puddle. Interact with Emi, and after a jumpscare, you will get the effect and Emi will wake up after getting the effect.
Guitar (ギター)
Appearance: Emi holds a guitar.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes Emi play some notes on the guitar.
Location: In the Old Barracks.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the white door with the flower to enter the Rainy Rosebush World. Go northeast until you see a large rosebush with a utility pole at the end. Interact with the pole to reach the Old Barracks. Enter all of the buildings until you go in one with the guitar. Interact with the guitar to obtain the effect.
Child (こども)
Appearance: Emi is now younger and wears a bright pink shirt.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes Emi ride on a bike or get off the bike. Note: The bike does NOT increase Emi's speed.
Location: In the Mutilated Child Area.
Practical Uses: None.
There are two ways to get this effect, depending on whether you have the Pill Bug effect or not.
If you have the Pill Bug: Enter the blue door with the moon to enter the Night Desert. Head northwest until you see a crashed plane, then interact with it. From where you are teleported, go to the end of the corridor, then equip the Pill Bug effect in order to get in the small hole at the end. After entering the small hole, interact with the younger Emi near you for the effect.
If you do not have the Pill Bug effect: Enter the bloody door to the Mutilated Bodies World, then look around for a pink child-like corpse. Interact with the corpse then go all the way to the end of the corridor and interact with the pink child standing on a blood puddle. Look for the younger Emi playing on the ant-hill like mound. Interact with the younger Emi for the Effect.
