Start or continue the game, sleep in the bed to enter the dream world. Exit the balcony and go to the Nexus (upper left door). Go to the middle right door to enter the Ice Floe World. Once you get there, head left, then up, then right, then up, then right, right again, down, down again, then left all the way to enter the ice cube building. Head left twice, then down, interact with the faucet to enter the Green Field Room, go left and enter the rust entrance to the Dark Staircase. Go down the stairs and you'll reach the Water Surface. Go all the way left until you find a mailbox, and interact with it to get to the Umbilical Cord maze. Follow where I go, then you'll enter Blood Flow Maze. Go left, then right, then bottom left, lastly, go all the way up and interact with the big drip stand and you'll get the effect. This effect will allow you to kill NPCs
