start or continue the game, sleep in the bed to enter the dream world. exit the balcony and go to the nexus. go to the top left door to enter the blood world. you're going to have to go down a bit, then head right to find the blue diamond shaped portal. you will have to enter it. warning that there's a chaser so try to avoid it, and once you do, go to the blue diamond shaped portal (that is all the way up). interact with the eyeball plant and you'll get the effect. this effect will teleport yakitsuki back to the nexus.
