start or continue the game, sleep in the bed to enter the dream world. exit the balcony and go to the nexus. go to the top left door to enter the electronic tube world. travel all the south-west to find the little snail sneaking in the electronic cube plants, interact with it, and you'll get the effect. this effect makes yakitsuki equip a snail shell on her back, pressing shift will make her take out a leaf for an umbrella, and it will start raining.
