Start or continue the game, sleep in the bed to enter the dream world. Exit the balcony and go to the Nexus (upper left door). Go to the middle left door to enter the Burned Ground. Travel south-east to find the NPC that gives you the wings effect, but note that it's as quick as the Yume Nikki's Nekoin. This effect will double your speed
