Panda
Enter the Monochrome Tiles World. Go left a bit and down from the door. Interact with the monochrome NPC.
Third Eye
Enter the Day/Night World. Go left and interact with the red-haired NPC.
Ponytail
Enter the Uniform World. Go north-east and interact with the other Yamitsuki.
Redhead
Enter the Glitch World. Go right a bit and up from the door. Interact with the red-haired NPC.
Dog
Enter the Stuffed Toy World. Go north-west and interact with the dark brown dog teddy.
Yamitsuki's Effects (Original)
Third Eye
Enter the Day/Night World. Go left and interact with the three-eyed girl.
Squid
Enter the Day/Night World. Go south-west and interact with the brightly-colored blob. Go left until you're teleported to the sea floor. Go left again and interact with the squid-like NPC.
Mouse
Enter the Day/Night World. Go south-west and interact with the brightly-colored blob. Go left until you're teleported to the sea floor. Go left until you're teleported to a staircase. Go up the stairs.
From where you're teleported to, Go: Left, down, second left, first down and right. Go down and interact with the mouse.
Panda
Enter the Monochrome Tiles World. Go left a little bit and down from the door. Interact with the white-haired NPC.
Dog
Enter the Stuffed Toy World. Go south-east and interact with the droopy-eared teddy.
Sun
Enter the Cloud World. Go north-west and interact with the NPC that has a sun for a head.
TV
Enter the Cloud World. Go down a bit and right from the door. Go through the archway. Follow the map of the Neon Pathways to reach the effect (avoid the chasers). Interact with the red TV.
Clock
Enter the Day/Night World. Go right and enter the building. Interact with the NPC.
Ponytail
Enter the Bright Swirls World. Go north-east and interact with the NPC that looks like Yamitsuki.
Medicine
Enter the Brisht Swirls World. Go north-east and enter the faces mouth to Medicine World. Go south-east and interact with the NPC with a pill for a head.
Drip Infusion
Enter the Bright Swirls World. Go north-east and enter the faces mouth to Medicine World. Go north-east and interact with the drug bottle. Go right and up (don't enter any doors) and interact with the NPC holding the drip stand.
Manga
Enter the Bright Swirls World. Go north-east and enter the faces mouth to Medicine World. Go north-east and interact with the drug bottle. Go left and up, enter the double black doors. Interact with the NPC beside the bed to teleport to the "What do you do?" maze.
Using the map below, make your way north-west and enter the building. You'll now be in Iratsuki's room. Interact with her bookshelf.
Redhead
Enter the Neon Door World. Go right a little bit and up. Interact with the redheaded NPC.
Bride
Enter the Neon Door World. Go north-west and enter the doorway under the creature to Meat Chunks World. Go north-east and interact with the bride NPC.
Magnet
Enter the Neon Door World. Go north-west and enter the doorway under the creature to Meat Chunks World. Go down a bit and left, interact with the yellow egg. Go up to the second hallway. Go left and go through a narrow doorway.
Go south-west and find the NPC with a magnet for a head. Stand where they're running and wait for them to come to you. Interact with the NPC.
Black Tea
Enter the Cloud World. Go down a bit and right from the door. Go through the archway. Follow the map of the Neon Pathways to reach the teleporter to Candy World. Go left and interact with the chocolate candy with the hole in it. Go up and interact with the teacup.
Candy
Enter the Cloud World. Go down a bit and right from the door. Go through the archway. Follow the map of the Neon Pathways to reach the teleporter to Candy World. Go down and enter the yellow and brown building. Interact with the NPC with candy for a head.
Eraser
Enter the Day/Night World. Go south-west and interact with the brightly-colored blob. Go left until you're teleported to the sea floor. Go left until you're teleported to a staircase. Go up the stairs.
From where you're teleported to, Go: Left, down, second left, first down and right. Go up and enter the doorway. Go north-east until you reach a crossroads. Go right and enter the third door to the right of the double doors with music notes on each side. Go north-east and find and interact with the eraser.
Butterfly
Enter the Day/Night World. Go south-west and interact with the brightly-colored blob. Go left until you're teleported to the sea floor. Go left until you're teleported to a staircase. Go up the stairs.
From where you're teleported to, Go: Left, down, second left, first down and right. Go up and enter the doorway. Go north-east until you reach a crossroads. Interact with the purple-haired NPC who will teleport you to the swamp. Go up from where you're teleported to the next area. Go up a bit and find/interact with the butterfly girl.
Note
Enter the Day/Night World. Go south-west and interact with the brightly-colored blob. Go left until you're teleported to the sea floor. Go left until you're teleported to a staircase. Go up the stairs.
From where you're teleported to, Go: Left, down, second left, first down and right. Go up and enter the doorway. Go north-east until you reach a crossroads. Interact with the purple-haired NPC who will teleport you to the swamp. Go up from where you're teleported to the next area.
Find a group of plants that form a cross-like path. Go into the center of them, the go up and through the gap in the fence. Enter the house to your left. Interact with the girl playing piano.
Coat
Enter the Bright Swirls World. Go north-east and enter the faces mouth to Medicine World. Go north-east and interact with the drug bottle. Go left and up, enter the double black doors.
Interact with the NPC beside the bed to teleport to the "What do you do?" maze. Go right and then down until you see another Yamitsuki wearing a coat. Go right then down and left, interact with her.
Machete
Enter the Monochrome Tiles World. Go left a bit and down from the door. Enter the door on the gray head to Blood Spatter World. Go left a little bit and down. Interact with the Yamitsuki holding the machete.
Cloud
Enter the Monochrome Tiles World. Go left a bit and down from the door. Enter the door on the gray head to Blood Spatter World. Go south-east and enter the door on the gray and bloody head. From where you teleported, go right to the next area then turn back.
Go up the gap in the middle of the large block. Go right until you reach a Yamitsuki on a cloud. Interact with her to get the effect.
Flowers
Follow the guide for the Cloud effect. Go right from where you'd get the effect. From where you're teleported, go up a bit and right. Interact with the Yamitsuki holding flowers.
Iratsuki's Effects
(Recommended to get all effects in order).
Manga
Leave your room. In the maze, go south-east and interact with the manga on the ground.
Pants
Leave your room. In the maze, go south-east and enter the door with the ribbon on it to the Day/Night World. Go south-west and interact with the brightly coloured blob. Go left to the seabed. Go left until you're teleported to the stairs.
Go up the stairs. From where you're teleported, go left, take the first up and go left. Interact with the other Iratsuki.
Dog
Follow the guide for the Pants effect. From where you get the effect, go left, up then right. Enter the doorway. In the city, go north-east and interact with the dog.
Saw
From where you get the Dog effect, go up to the crossroads and interact with the purple-haired NPC who will teleport you to the swamp. Go up from where you're teleported. Go left a bit and up and find the plants that form a crossway. Go into the middle of this formation then up and through the gap in the fence.
Enter the house on the left then enter the ribbon door to Monochrome Tiles World. Go left a bit and down from the door. Interact with the door between the two NPC's to Blood Spatter World. Go left a bit and down from the door. Interact with the saw in the ground.
Madness
From where you get the Saw effect, Go south-east to the gray and bloody head. Interact with either of the NPCs to Neon Door World. Go north-west and enter the doorway under the creature to Meat Chunks World. Go down a little bit and left, interact with the yellow egg.
Go down from where you're teleported and enter the ribbon door to Bright Swirls World. Go up a bit and left from the door, enter the creatures mouth to Medicine World. Go up and left, interact with the red-haired Iratsuki.
Ribbon
Go up a bit and left from where you get the Madness effect and interact with the drug bottle. Go left and up to the top of the hospital hall and interact with the two white double doors to Cloud World. Go down and left and through the archway to Candy World.
Go right a bit and down and enter the ribbon door on the yellow and brown cube to Stuffed Toy World. Go north-west and interact with the ribbon on the ground.
Kurayami's Photos
Photo 1
Enter the bottom-left door. Go south-west and interact with the paper on the ground.
Photo 2
Enter the top-left door. Go south-west and interact with the paper on the ground.

Enter the top-right door. Go north-west and interact with the paper on the ground.

Enter the bottom-right door. Go north-east and interact with the paper on the ground.

Interact with the teddy in your dream bedroom. Interact with Yamitsuki then interact with the photo that appears next to her.
Endings (Original)
Yamatsuki's Ending
Collect all of the effects. Open the menu and go into the tab you'd go in to wake up. There should now be a option beside the "wake up" option. Select that and you'll get the ending.
Iratsuki's Endings
Ending 1
Fail to collect all of the effects and go to the end of Iratsuki's part. From the Ribbon effect, enter the pink doorway and interact with the figure on the couch. Go through the doorway and interact with the Yamitsuki wearing a pink sweater.
Ending 2
Collect all of the effects and go to the end of Iratsuki's part. From the Ribbon effect, enter the pink doorway and interact with the figure on the couch. Go through the doorway and interact with the Yamitsuki wearing a pink sweater.
Kurayami's Endings
Ending 1
Collect only the first four photos and move the bookcase.
Ending 2
Collect all of the photos.
