Go sleep, enter the door with a blood stain to get weapon effect, go north and walk between two stacks of books, find and interact with black NPC with a bloody mouths, after that instant go right until bump in black NPC with a red eyes, go south-east and interact with the moving flame, equip weapon effect (first item in effect menu, you can also kill some NPCs before arriving in this bloody place) and kill some red NPC, later you should find two stand near to eachother red NPC (they must be on south from head on the spike, if they not there you should kill more npc in this zone.) walk between them and push z, go right and interact with red eyed black NPC to trigger only ending.
