Would it be appropiate to add where the white dog mermaid (?) npc that gives Wallpaper 82 is in the game? I personally remember two instances of it:

-Techno World -> TV World -> Waiting Room -> Cave -> Dirty Sewers (he was in one room on this area), and
-Pencil World -> Rainbow Path (day) -> Neon Ocean (day)

I have seen a third instance of it but it's not interactable (it's in an inaccesible area) so I don't have that wallpaper yet.
