It is the "乗り物" file that cannot be opened. Vehical? Someone said it may be the RPG_RT file, but I do not think so... I even placed a different RPG_RT in the folder. I either get "ファイル 乗り物 は開けません", or "The file "乗り物" cannot be opened." Which is pretty much the same thing, just, translated.
