Thank you very much for your comment! I got it to work now. My problem was that I couldn't open the RTP2000RTP.exe with applocale and it always stopped at 44% when I installed it without applocale. I didn't knew that I had to change the non-unicode programs to japanese and that I should've used 7zip to extract the files of the RTP2000 and the game because other programs like WinRar are corrupting some japanese files. So it works now!
