how to obtain the pliant effect (the glitchy one):
- you'll need the Horns effect and $100
- Rainbow Forest World (where you find the sack effect)
- find a tunnel then enter it, go all the way left to the train station. the train must be the red one. if a neon train appears instead, wake up then return to the same area again until you find the red train
- take the elevator to the rooftop, and once you're on the rooftop take the other elevator below it
- go to the downstairs on the left
- go left, then enter the door to the upper section of the train station, pay $100 to the cog npc so you can enter the train
- take a seat and wait until usotsuki falls asleep. you'll wake up in a monochrome area
- go all the way right and enter the monster's mouth
- find a circle made by those black things, use the horns effect, the effect npc should appear inside the circle
