Overview
universe is an English Yume Nikki fangame created by dedgrl (credited as evelyn in the menu) in RPG Maker 2003. According to the game's itch.io page, it is still an unfinished demo.
Gameplay
universe is a traditional fangame. The players seems to start asleep, since exiting the bedroom takes the player to the nexus and there is no way of waking up. The player can save at the bed, but also at any point through the menu. There are no effects. Instead, the player can collect items in the dreamworld, but they don't appear in the inventory.
