Bicycle

Enter the top-left door to Forest World. The Togos for this effect can be found at the following locations:

One north-east from the entrance.
In the area south from the entrance, under the Frog Character (drooling creature).
In the area west from the entrance, there's one north-west of the Frog Character.
In the area south-west from the entrance, there are two Togos near the Frog Character (one to its bottom-right, another to its top-right).

After collecting all Togos, the bike will spawn in the world. Find and interact with it.

Enter the bottom-left door to Mural World. The Togos for this effect can be found at the following locations:

One north-east from the entrance.
Two in the area west from the entrance; one north-east from the murals and the other to the left of the murals.
One in the area north-west from the entrance, between the two long murals.
One in the area north from the entrance, near a couple of smaller walls.

After collecting all Togos, the umbrella will spawn in the world. Find and interact with it.

Enter the bottom-right door to Eyeball World. The Togos for this effect can be found at the following locations:

One above the door to Eyeball World.
Two in the area south from the door. Both are to the left of an eyeball.
One in the area east from the entrance, near the middle of the area among some eyeballs.
One in the area south-east from the entrance in front of the blue face.

After collecting all Togos, the Fleebie (one-eyed ghost) will spawn in the world. Find and interact with it.

Enter the top-right door to Neon World. The Togos for this effect can be found at the following locations:

After collecting all Togos, Buyo Buyo will spawn in the world. Find and interact with it.

Collect all of the effects. Go to the Nexus and interact with the Madotsuki clone. After waking up, go to the balcony and interact with the stairs.
