Wavey

Your feet turn into a little cloud.

Appearance: The Guardian turns into a cloud.

Passive Effect: The Guardian's movement speed increases.

Action: None.

Location: Found in Even Care.

Practical Uses: Allows you to travel through the game's areas faster.

Enter the top doorway in the Nexus. Go right and interact with the pink box to enter Even Care. Go through the doorway on the right and across the hall to the next area. Go down the south path to your right. Go left across the white planks and through the door. Go down again. Go to the fenced area on the right and interact with Wavey (the cloud NPC).
