Overview

Yume wa Maeyono (ゆめはまえよの), also spelled Yume Ha Maeyono, is a Japanese Yume Nikki Fangame created by Sorari and Humiha in RPG Maker 2000.

Gameplay

Yume wa Maeyono is a traditional fangame. The player can enter the dream world by sleeping in the bed. The goal in the dream world is to explore and collect effects. Interacting with the music pod allows the player to listen to music from the game. Player progress can be saved at the desk.

Plot

You play a boy named Yoruzuki who stays in his room and refuses to go out.

American Shorthair (アメショ)		Yoruzuki has cat ears and tail. Pressing SHIFT turns him into an American Shorthair cat and increases his speed.
Monkfish (アンコウ)		Yoruzuki carries a Monkfish's filament that can be used to light up dark places.
Muffler (マフラー)		Yoruzuki wears a muffler. Pressing SHIFT makes rain appear or disappear.
Earthen Pot (どなべ)		Yoruzuki sits in an earthen pot. Pressing SHIFT makes him hide in the pot, unable to move but safe from chasers.
Medicine Bottle (やくびん)		Yoruzuki's head turns into a medicine bottle. Pressing SHIFT makes the bottle's cork pop up, bringing him back to the Nexus.
Senbei (せんべい)		Yoruzuki carries a Senbei.
Candy Balls (てまりあめ)		Yoruzuki carries Japanese candy balls. Pressing SHIFT makes him drop a candy ball on the ground as a marker of where you've been. You can drop up to 4 of these balls on the ground.
Azure Dragon (せいりゅう)		Yoruzuki has dragon horns and tail. When equipped chasers will stop moving.
Mononoke (もののけ)		Yoruzuki has a single eye and a pair of black wings. Pressing SHIFT makes him blink and flap his wings.
Normal (ふつう)		Yoruzuki's hair turns black.
Ice (こおり)		Yoruzuki's head turns into ice. Pressing SHIFT makes snow appear or disappear.
Uniform (せいふく)		Yoruzuki wears a green school uniform and has shorter hair.
Youko (ようこ)		Yoruzuki becomes a Youko, or Japanese fox demon. Interacting with NPCs will cause him to kill them with fire.
Girl (おんなのこ)		Yoruzuki becomes a girl.
Kimono (きもの)		Yoruzuki wears a light blue Kimono.
Parka (パーカー)		Yoruzuki wears a black parka.
