Gameplay
Kind Heart is a traditional fangame, with the protagonist refusing to leave her room, and dreams. You go into the bed to dream, save at your desk, and pinch your cheeks to wake up, with the main goal being to explore the doors in your nexus and collect effects.
In version 0.02 and older you could access the debug room by interacting with the bookcase in Aitsuki's room.
