Mesonoxian is a Yume Nikki fangame created by Wambysock for the 2017 Dream Diary Jam. It stars Tyran.

Mesonoxian is a traditional fangame. You enter the dream world by sitting at your desk and you save by sleeping in your bed.

Your main goal is to explore and collect effects (known in this game as Influences).

You play as Tyran, someone interested in dreams. Tyran stays inside due to a rainstorm, where the only thing to do is daydream.

Name	Image	Description
Engine		An engine is strapped to Tyran's back. This effect increases your speed. Pressing shift makes Tyran put on the goggles.
Occult		Tyran wears a cloak. Pressing Z allows you to hurt/kill NPCs.
Vision		Tyran has a cybernetic eye. This effect lets you see otherwise hidden objects. Pressing Shift turns the eye on or off.
U-Turn		Tyran's head is replaced with a u-turn sign. Pressing Shift returns you to the Nexus.
Box		Tyran hides in a box. Pressing shift makes Tyran disappear into the box, allowing you to sneak past chasers.
