| Urotsuki has short blonde hair that feathers out to the sides and wears a puce-colored dress with a plaid pattern and turtle neck, a white skirt, and red shoes. Though unlike in a number of fangames, Urotsuki has a dressing room in her dream world apartment, which allows her to change her clothes temporarily. Many of these outfits she can wear are references to other games.

She can be seen as spunky and energetic, with an eccentric side, or some people depict her as a little crazy.
