Yakitsuki's Effects

Enter the middle-left door. Head straight down until you reach a burnt tree. Go right until you see another destroyed building above you. Enter it and interact with the camera on the floor.
Muffler
Enter the bottom-left door. Head straight down until you reach a 3x3 square of sand and turn left. Keep going left and you should find an invisible NPC wearing a red muffler that you get the effect from.
Costume
Harmonica
Enter the bottom left door. Go up and right and between two interwining pillars. In the Brain go up and take the elevator. Take the left path. Just keep going left until you reach a room filled with boxes of dolls body parts. There should be a harmonica on the floor in front of some shelves that will give you the effect when you interact with it.
Guinea Pig
Enter the top-left door. Go up and right from the entrance. Enter the sewer hole. Go right and down the ladder. Turn on the light and go left. In the room with boxes, go all the way to the left and up a little bit from where you enter. Interact with the white monster.
