Overview

Yume Fumi is a Yume Nikki fangame made by Twinky-05 (DeviantArt) and LenKagamine02 (DevianArt). The game starts with Lilit, but you can always switch to Insomnia. Their worlds are quite different from each other, so it does matter if you play just one or both of them.

In versions .01-.02 (both made with RPG Maker 2000), there were twenty effects to collect in total, ten for Lilit and another ten for Insomnia. Version .03 was made with RPG Maker 2003 It added 3 more effects, 2 for Lilit and 1 for Insomnia, making the total of effects to collect raise to 23 (Lilit - 12 ; Insomnia - 11).

It is rumored that there is a possibly unreleased Spanish version of Yume Fumi.

Gameplay

In Yume Fumi the player follows the traditional exploration concept as Yume Nikki. You always start as Lilit, and you can switch to Insomnia and back using a book.

While Lilit goes to her bed to dream like various fangame characters, Insomnia goes to her computer.

Umbrella		Doubles Lilit's speed.
Handgun		You gain a gun. With this you can kill NPC. But not chasers.
Bubble		Lilit is trasformed into a bubble. Press action button to return to the nexus.
White Hood		You turn invisible to almost all NPC.
Buttons		Lilit gets a pair of buttons instead of eyes. It allows to see some "real self"of some NPC
Child		Lilit turns into a child. Cosmetic
Light		Lilit is transformed in a yellow silhouette . With it she can scare a little some NPC
Lion Tribe		Cosmetic. Bat chasers get more fast when this effect is equipped. This effect seems to reference Lavertus of Legend Of Chima
Rage		Cosmetic
Strong		Cosmetic.This effect seems to reference Susan Strong of Adventure Time.
Pajama		Cosmetic.
Tribe (Sable)		Cosmetic.

Insomnia

Scythe		Insomnia wears a scythe. It allows to kill NPC. But not chasers

Little Child		Insomnia turns into a child. It allows to see the "real self" of some NPC
Death		Insomnia can kill chasers with this one
Red Dress		Cosmetic
Blue Dress		Cosmetic
Wolf Tribe		Cosmetic. When equiped the Scorpion chasers get more fast.This effect seems to reference Windra of Legend Of Chima.
Spider Tribe		Cosmetic.This effect seems to reference Queen Spinlyn of Legend Of Chima.
Gitana		Attracts several NPC.
