dayDream is a Yume Nikki fangame which was removed from the public on March 31, 2013.

Gameplay

dayDream is a traditional Yume Nikki Fangame, with the main focus being on exploring the dream world and collecting effects.

Plot

The game stars an emotionally unstable girl named Sadatsuki (さだつき) and has you explore her dreams.

Effects

Effect	Image	Description
Razor (かみそり)		Sadatsuki carries a razor as a weapon. Pressing Z on NPCs lets you kill them.
Lamp Shade (スタンドライト)		Sadatsuki's head is replaced with a lamp. Pressing Shift turns the lamp on, lighting up dark places.
Sepia (セピア)		Sadatsuki is sepia colored. Pressing Shift adds a sepia tint to the screen.
Deer (シカ)		Sadatsuki has deer ears, horns and tail. This effect doubles her speed.

Version 0.01 has missing picture files and will crash when you get an effect. To prevent this download both versions of the game and copy-paste the picture files from Version 0.005 into Version 0.01.
