Overview

dream book (ドリームブック, internally known as うじ虫 (Ujimushi, Maggot)) is a fangame developed by nanahusi and marisyan, creator of Musuu (夢数) and the cocreator of sick mind. The game follows Gorotsuki (ごろつき) and her dreams.

Gameplay

dream book is like most Yume Nikki Fangames, where the main object is exploration and collecting effects. Gorotsuki dreams from her bed and saves at the desk. The game has no music outside of the save theme and (inaudible due to an unknown bug) title theme.

While only 4 effects are available in-game, a total of 6 were programmed in ver.0.00, and the game's image files hint toward a wide variety of effects and characters that had yet to be inserted.

Snail (かたつむり)		Gorotsuki grows a snail shell and antennae.
Crowbar (バール)		Gorotsuki carries a crowbar in her left hand, used as a weapon.
Metal (メタル)		Gorotsuki has yellow eyes and metallic skin.
Chinese Dress (チャイナ服)		Gorotsuki wears a Chinese dress (qipao) and her hair is tied up in a ponytail.

After getting at least one effect, it is impossible to wake up without the game crashing and showing this error message: 無効な特殊技能が指定されました。(Translation - Invalid special skill was specified).
