These are effect sprites found in the files. They haven't been implemented in the game yet, but all of them have faceset icons. Two of them were already mentioned in the game's script, but they cannot be found on a map.
Cross - Gorotsuki has a cross for a head.
Spider (蜘蛛) - Gorotsuki has 6 arms, her hair ties are yellow, her shirt has yellow stripes instead of red ones.
