Snow World is the representation of Mimotsuki’s distant personality, and because she was didn’t reach out to Madotsuki before she mysteriously disappeared. Body Part World represents Mimotsuki wanting to be a surgeon, her parents wanting her to be a doctor. Forest World represents Mimotsuki’s fear of getting lost, based on the large forest behind the creator's house.
