Kozuki's Nexus

Kozuki's Effects Guide

Fox (きつね)

Torii World → Go slightly to the left from the door and go north until you find a fox mask in front of a torii. Interact with the mask to obtain the effect.

Ofuda (おふだ)

Torii World → Take the same path that you would to the Fox effect. When you reach a second torii going up, go left until you see a torii decorated with shimenawa and an ofuda → Enter the torii and interact with the tree at the end of the pathway.

Futon (ふとん)

Sky World → Go east south east and interact with the futon surrounded by a bunch of trees.

Paper Lantern (ちょうちん)

Stone World → interact with the paper lantern. The easiest way to find it is to find the Jizo with red on it and then head north east from there.

Monochrome (しろくろ)

Dark World → Go north until you reach a line of NPCs. Interact with a jiggling black NPC to go to the Monochrome World. → Go north east and enter a doorway with an eye above it → go back the way you came twice → This should bring you to a room with a one-eyed NPC. Interact with the NPC.

Shamisen (しゃみせん)

Paddy World → go south-west and interact with the brown puddle → go down and left, interact with the sapling → interact with the singer on stage.

Stone World → go down and left, interact with the clean Jizo amongst a row of Jizo statues → Sakura World → go down and left, interact with the jiggling white NPC → go left, climb the ladder to the top of the building and enter the hole → go down and left, interact with the sapling → interact with the singer on stage.

Chewy (もちもち)

Mochi World → Go south west and interact with the big bitten Mochi → interact with the Mochi Note NPC.

Cherry Blossom (さくら)

Stone World → go down and left, interact with the clean Jizo amongst a row of Jizo statues → Sakura World → go left from where you enter and interact with the pink bubbles NPC.

Pinwheel (かざぐるま)

Dark World → go left from the door until you pass a group of NPCs → go up and interact with the blue pinwheel → go left and up past a pair of blue pinwheels → interact with the small black pinwheel.

Flag (はた)

Mochi World → go down and right from the door. enter the center of four small mochi placed like a square  → enter the door to your left → go up and enter the door to your right → interact with the flags.

Sky World → go down and right, interact with the withered tree → interact with the portal on the top (avoid the chaser) → White Blocks World → enter the room to your right → interact with the flags.

Jelly Fish (くらげ)

Ocean World → go left and down from the door and interact with the jellyfish.

Rabbit (うさぎ)

Paddy World → go down and right, interact with the gray rabbit → interact with the rabbit NPC.

Paddy Rice (いね)

Paddy World → go north-east and interact with the paddy bundle.

Bush Warbler (うぐいす)

There are several paths that you can take to get this effect. This photo shows the paths in the maze to find it. (image may need to be downloaded/opened in a new tab).

Sky World → go down and right, interact with the withered tree → interact with the portal on the left (avoid the chaser) → Blue Maze → interact with the green bush warbler.

Ocean World → go left and up, enter the stone gate → in the Ocean Maze find the interact with the small floating crystals → Blue Maze → interact with the bush warbler

Monochrome World → go up to the line of NPCs, interact with a jiggling black NPC to go to the Monochrome World → go north-east and enter the door with an eye above it → turn back and interact with the blue heart on the left → Blue Maze → interact with the bush warbler.

Disheveled Hair (ぼさぼさ)

Cluster Amaryllis World → go down and left from the door → interact with Amatsuki.

Waterwheel (すいしゃ)

Ocean World → go north-west and through the stone gate → find/go through the 1 tile path in the Ocean Maze → interact with the waterwheel.

Jizo (じぞう)

Stone World → go north-west and interact with the Jizo tied with a red ribbon → Jizo World → go left and up past a sushi plate and interact with the Jizo tied with a red ribbon among the row of Jizo statues.

Traveler (たびびと)

Torii World → go down and right, enter the Torii decorated with Shimenawa → Gray Torii Maze → go up to the area with the foxes walking in a circle, go right as far you can, go down and interact with the purple NPC → Japanese Hotel → go through the first couple of doors going up until you enter a door and can't see yourself → from there go up and left as far as you can. go down and enter a room with bookshelves → interact with the traveler suit beside the futon.

Kozuki's Events

Creatures in Dark World

Going north from the door in Dark World, you can find a line of shadow creatures walking. Using the Paper Lantern effect whether on or off will attract all of the creatures towards you.

Sky World Path

In the Sky World Path, there is one chaser. Getting caught by this chaser will turn the area and background red, and heading to the top of the path will show that Amatsuki is beheaded. The path will grow lots of eyes after viewing this sight.

Sushi Girl

There is a Sushi World sub-area where you can find a Sushi Girl. Initially interacting with her does nothing, but using the Futon effect while interacting with her can change her outfit to multiple colors.

Girl in the Room

There is a random chance that when entering the room of the Sketch Girl, it will randomly send you to the Monochrome Building, which you can also arrive from the Monochrome Boxes. At the entrance, there is a staircase which leads to a room with a Monochrome Girl standing in the center. Using the Disheveled Hair on her will cause her form to change. Interacting with her again will pan the screen up to a one-eyed monster. Heading to the staircase where there is a dead end, Kozuki will look down. After the screen scrolls up, a Chaser will appear until Amatsuki comes out and protects Kozuki from them. He falls to the edge after being stabbed by the chaser. After triggering this event, flowers will appear at the end of the staircase.

Colorful House

In the Monochrome World, there is a pathway that leads to a little house with a Sketch Girl that resides within the room. Interacting with the lamp in her room will change the appearance, and there is a random chance that, when, interacting with the lamp, will turn the room all colorful with paint covering the screen as the room shakes. This is a homage to the Uboa event from Yume Nikki. Obviously.

Fly Event

Head to Paddy World and interact with the Rabbit sitting beside one of the paddies. Equip the Bush Warbler effect and move to the cliff. Kozuki will fly towards the sun and the flight event will be triggered.

Asleep on the Floor

Upon waking up, there is a random chance that Kozuki will be asleep in the middle of the room instead of in her futon. After a few seconds, she will wake up and hop to her feet.

Cluster Amaryllis in the Well

Enter Sky World and head east to the well. Go inside the well and avoid the chasers as you navigate your way to the other well. When you reach the other well, go inside it and interact with the cluster amaryllis to trigger the event.

Kozuki's Ending

After collecting 18 effects, [enter the Cluster Amaryllis World door. This will send Kozuki into what has now become the Dark Cluster Amaryllis World. Let the chaser catch Kozuki. This will force her to wake up from her dream. Afterwards, the door in Kozuki's room will be unlocked. Enter the door to trigger the ending. After this, you will transition to Amatsuki's part of the game.]

It is recommended to save first before triggering this ending as you can't go back to Kozuki's part once you transition to Amatsuki's. Some of Kozuki's events will affect Amatsuki's endings.

Amatsuki's Effects Guide

Kamaitachi (鎌鼬)

Graffiti World → go north from the door until you see purple/green tiles placed like a path. Follow it and interact with the Kamaitachi at the end of it.

Billhook (角鉈)

Dark World → go north-east until you find a large pair of eyes → interact with the billhook.

Harakiri (切腹)

(It's recommended that you get stealth(Fox Mask) effect first.)
Grave World → go left and interact with the red flower in front of a grave → Japanese Hotel → enter the top room to the left → step on the き word tile → Word World → step on the red こづき word → Execution Place (avoid the chasers) → go left and up and interact with the Japanese Sword.

Fox Mask (狐面)

Clusteramarylis World → go south-east (avoid the chaser) → interact with Kozuki in the pool of blood.

Stupa (卒塔婆)

Grave World → go left from the door. go down when you see a red flower in front of a grave → go right when you reach three graves shaped like a triangle until you reach several rows of graves → go down, right to the middle of the last row of graves, and down again → interact with the stupas

Oriental Lamp (行燈)

Grave World → go left from the door and up, interact with the red flower in front of a grave → Japanese Hotel → enter the top room to the right → interact with the oriental lamp.

Beheaded (斬首)

Crystal Ball World → go south-east and through the 2 sticks → Stick World → go down and right, interact with the blue stick

Cherry Blossom (桜)

Grave World → go left and interact with the red flower in front of a grave → Japanese Hotel → go to the top room on the left → step on the き word tile → Word World → step on the ま word → Kozuki's house → enter the brown door → interact with the cherry blossom in the vase.

Fragrant Olive (金木犀)

Garden → go north-east and interact the olive tree → Lake Island → interact with the orange olive.

Leaves (木の葉)

Torii World → go north-east and interact with the leaves.

Crow (鴉)

Dark World → go south-east, through the two purple sticks → Barrack Settlement → go left and up through the door which has only 1 purple NPC beside the entrance → Ancient World → go north-west and interact with the small crow.

Fire Belly Newt (井守)

Graffiti World → go left and up, enter the door with an eye above it → from where you start in the maze go: down, left and up and left again, keep going up and leftwards until you reach a large hallway with doors on both ends  → enter the door on the left, enter the well → go down as far as you can, interact with the newt

Sugar Sculpture (飴細工)

Cat World → go up and left, interact with the white cat statue → go south-east and interact with the statue with multiple legs → go left → interact with the sugar sculpture.

Bush Warbler (鶯)

(use this photo for maze directions') Crystal Ball World → Blue Maze → interact with the green bush warbler.

Cat World → go up and left, interact with the white cat statue → go south-east and interact with the statue with multiple legs → go right → Blue maze → interact with the bush warbler

Hanafuda (花札)

Garden →go south-east and between two stone lanterns → enter the door on the walkway → Byobu World →  go north-west or north-east and interact with the small Hanafuda cards.

Sacred Lily (水仙)

Grave World → go left and interact with the red flower in front of a grave → Japanese Hotel → enter the top left room → step on the き word tile → step on the つ word tile → Forest World → go down  and left among several rows of trees and interact with the lily.

Siberian Iris (綾目)

(note: as of ver.0.02+, when you save after you get this effect, you will be asked whether or not to you want to drop this effect because of the effect's location will be changed in ver0.03. You can either drop it or continue the game with the effect which won't affect the endings of current version. )
Grave World → go down and right, interact with the stone lantern → Wood Rooms → from the entrance of the Wood Rooms, go left, down, right, down twice and left → interact with the Siberian Iris.

Amatsuki's Events

Chaser Kozuki

In Amatsuki's dream world the chasers will be Bloodstained Kozuki. If you're equipping weapon effects, they will turn into red foxes; if you're using Leaves effect they will turn like gases with fox appearance. There is also a Chaser Kozuki in the Purple Maze that let you change the menu type by interacting with her.

Dango Store

Go to Crystal Ball World and interact with a cape leads you to a Dango Store, interact with the traveler that randomly sitting on the seats will disappear, interact with the woman you will get a 50 yen dangos and sit on the seats to eat.

Lady in a Room

Go to the Walkway from the Garden and go straight left to a room, you would find a lady that dressed in Wafuku standing there, interact with her will have a full screen event and then dissappear. If you're equipping weapon effects she will not appear.

Creature in Forest World

There has a creature in Forest World, interact with it will cause it warp to another place in Forest World, if you killed it, you will always obtain money, just like Yume Nikki's Organoid.

Japanese Hotel's Customers

When you first arrive to the Japanese Hotel it will be empty and have some blood on the wall. After going to the top of the Moon Balcony, there will have white foxes and full of black NPCs which you can find in lots of places having a banquet in the dinner rooms. There is also a ghost girl who can also be found in Wood Rooms appearing on the Moon Balcony.

Hanging Amatsuki

Go to the Barrack Settlement and find an entrance blocked by lots of purple NPCs, kill them and enter the door to a stairway, then you will end up in a place with Kozuki and Clusteramarylis, interact with Kozuki will cause Amatsuki be hanged and forced to wake-up.

Marching Heads and Bodies

Interacting with Amatsuki's dream closet will have a random chance trigger a full screen animation just like Kalimba in Yume Nikki.

Lucid Dream

Sleeping on Amatsuki's dream bed will have a random chance enter the Lucid Dream, go through the way to a realistic lake, equip the Fire Belly Newt effect to swim over the lake to the cave under the wood pillar, interact with the cave will cause Amatsuki sunk in the water, then you will arrive to a place where has an injured single eye monster which is a reference of Mars-san in Yume Nikki.

Monochrome Events

Go to Monochrome World to find this world, enter in Toril World, go south-east and pass between the twi short poles/comlumns and you will be in monochrome world, step on the centre of two eyes warps you to Blood Monochrome World, avoid the chasers and find an entrance to a path with a multi eyes monster staring at Amatsuki to find it go north to the wall then west to the end of wall and then up a bit and find red square in east, go through the path will lead you to the end of the staircase and find Kozuki standing on the edge, then Amatsuki will protect her from a chaser and fall down after be stabbed by the chaser. After this event, chasers in Blood Monochrome World will disappear and two monochrome NPCs will block the way to the staircase.

Amatsuki's Endings

You must collect all 17 effects and [kill Kozuki with Billhook effect in the Clusteramarylis World after collected all effects] to trigger the endings.

Ending 1

Interact with the door.

Ending 2

Interact with the closet.

Ending 3

To achieve Ending 3, you need to:

1. Trigger the Kozuki's Monochrome World event.
2. Trigger the Kozuki's Monochrome World event.
3. Trigger the Amatsuki's Monochrome World event.

Then interact with the closet.

Ending 4

To achieve Ending 4, you need to:

1. Trigger the Kozuki's Monochrome World event.
2. Let Kozuki be caught by chasers several times.
3. Trigger the Kozuki's Clusteramarylis in the Well event.
4. Trigger the Amatsuki's Monochrome World event.
5. Use Amatsuki to kill lots of NPCs (at least 115 times) or be caught by chasers several times.

Then interact with the door.

Ending 5

To achieve Ending 5, you need to:

1. Trigger the Kozuki's Monochrome World event.
2. Let Kozuki be caught by chasers several times.
3. Trigger the Kozuki's Clusteramarylis in the Well event.
4. Trigger the Amatsuki's Monochrome World event.
5. Use Amatsuki to kill lots of NPCs (at least 115 times) or be caught by chasers several times.
6. Obtain the Clusteramarylis.

• ​Go to Kozuki's House and intereact with her will randomly send you to a blocked Kozuki's Room, interact with the blocked door few times will leads you to a place where Kozuki's body is lying on a puddle of blood, walk near to have an event and Amatsuki will be forced to wake-up, then there will have a Clusteramarylis beside the bed, obtain the Clusteramarylis.

​Then interact with the closet later interact with the door.
