Enter the green building in the nexus. Take a few steps south, then go east. When you reach a patch of purple, go northeast and follow a dirt path to find a brown rabbit.
Mannequin
Motionless, but finally presentable.
Appearance: Fletcher's head is replaced with a mannequin's.
Passive Effect: None.

Location: Found in the Mannequin Area.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the yellow building in the nexus. Head southwest (more south than west) and enter the manhole. Go down and turn right at the fourth 4-way and enter a building. Go southwest (more south than west) and enter the white building. Go left, then down, down, right and enter the large opening. Go right and interact with a mannequin with dark splotches on it.
Candle
It's mostly melted wax by now.
Appearance: Fletcher has a candle on his head.
Passive Effect: None.

Location: Found in the Manor.

Enter the purple building in the nexus. Go southwest and navigate a purple structure. Interact with a circular clock. Go a bit west, then south. Interact with the large candle.
Clock

Ghost

Appearance: Fletcher wears a sheet ghost costume.

Location: Found in the Graveyard.

In the area you receive the Candle effect, continue south past a pink grandfather clock, and enter a hole in the wall. Go to the northwest corner of the room and enter a hole surrounded by candles. Go southwest and interact with a blue swirl.
Hellhound
..Not the worst look, really.
Appearance: Fletcher becomes a hellhound.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the Deep Woods.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the green building in the nexus. Go southwest and under a pink wall. Follow the green wall southwest and enter a path from the bottom of that chunk of wall. Enter a hole in the ground. In the new area, avoid the NPCs, as getting caught will result in a game over. Go northwest and interact with a pentagram on the ground.
Cigarette

Appearance: Fletcher's fur becomes grey and he smokes when he walks.
