Enter the dotted red and green door at the top-right of the Nexus (the Neon World door in the original game) to reach Graffiti World. Once in Graffiti World go straight to the right until a screen transition occurs. Interact with the bicycle to your left on the next screen.

Location: Found in Puddle World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the light pink door on the center-left side of the Nexus to reach Puddle World. Go behind the door then go north. On the next screen, go up until you reach a streetlight. Go up a few more steps until the streetlight is just off-screen, then go right and interact with the umbrella on the ground.
