You star as [[Oborogi (おぼろぎ)]], a girl who lives in an apartment, she can leave her room and enter other rooms in the floor but can't go any other floors because the elevator isn't functioning. She can travel to the dream world by sleeping on the bed. Your main task is to collect effects in several dream world. You can save the game by interacting with the desk.
moonLess*L is a traditional fangame. Unlike most fangames, the main characters can leave their bedroom and explore the area outside it.
 
You can use the character's bed to enter the dream world and the desk to save. In real life, you are able to toggle the dash function on and off by pressing Shift.
 
You can also change the character you're playing as by interacting with the machine on top of the hallway in the apartment.
