Enter the Sweet World. Immediately go north until you see a chocolate ice cream, then go left and cross the candy cane arch. Go north-east until you see big puddles on your way, then go north and enter the green building. Go through the doorway at the end of the path. Go straight. Interact with the TV.
Glowing Mushroom
