Pholus and Trisha

Usotsuki was possibly in love with Pholus, despite being unrequited. Pholus was more interested in caring for his younger sister, Trisha. Trisha may have viewed Usotsuki as an older sister and enjoyed being with her. Pholus was not fond of Usotsuki and saw her as a bad influence towards his little sister, as using Porcelain Doll effect gave a positive reaction with Trisha, but not with Pholus.

Usotsuki eventually realized at one point that Pholus' feelings don't reciprocate with hers, which leads her to kill Trisha in order to grab his attention. Enraged by this, Pholus chases after Usotsuki throughout the Marble Hall.

Usotsuki is not her Real Name

The meaning of the name 'Usotsuki' translates into 'liar', which could imply that her name is not actually Usotsuki and only a nickname.
