Effects in *Illness* (Brain Effect is unused in the game)

Pickaxe (つるはし)

Appearance: Origamitsuki carries a pickaxe.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Origamitsuki swings the pickaxe.

Location: Found in Scarecrow World.

Practical Uses: Used to attack NPCs by interacting with them. Needed for the Turtleneck effect.

Go in the bottom door to Scarecrow World. Go north-east a little bit and interact with the pickaxe lying among the green bear-like scarecrows.

White Snake (しろへび)

Appearance: Origamitsuki turns into a white snake.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found on the Dark Stones Path.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the left door to Chain-Link Fence World. Go south-west and go between the red fences. Go all the way to the left. In the new area go left and enter the door. In corridor go up and then right. Enter the second door you pass. Navigate your way through the Dark Stones Path. Interact with the sacred pillar in the middle of the area.

Tonakai (となかい)

Appearance: Origamitsuki dresses like a reindeer, with a red nose and antlers.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Pine Tree Area.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the left door to Chain-Link Fence World. Go south-west and go between the red fences. Go all way to the left. In the new area go to the left again and then take the first door. In the next area go up the stairs to the next floor then enter the first door on the right. Navigate through the catwalk to the Pine Tree Area. Go west from where you entered and interact with the antlers sticking out of the ground.

Cat Hood (キャットフード)

Appearance: Origamitsuki wears a cat-ear hoodie with tail.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Tentacles World.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the left door to Chain-Link Fence World. Go south-west and go through the red fences. Go all way to the left. In the new area go left and enter the door. In the corridor go up the stairs to the third floor. Go right and enter the second door, Interact with the tentacle to go to Tentacles World. Go north-west and interact with the cat hoodie.

Stun Gun (スタンガン)

Appearance: Origamitsuki turns into a stun gun.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Eyeball Room.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the right door to Mutation World. Go north-west, find and enter the large building. In the building go right into the hallway and enter the gray double doors. you'll find yourself in some kind of corridor with water on the floor. Go up into a room full of beds and chasers. Find a back door in the upper right corner and enter it. Navigate through the hands paths and go along the path with the hands pointing up. In the Eyeball Room interact with the stun gun with a mouth.

Noh Mask (のうめん)

Appearance: Origamitsuki wears a white Noh Mask.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Street Lamp Zone.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the bottom door to Scarecrow World. Go east to the path of yellow scarecrows. Find two pairs of blue scarecrows and walk between them. Avoid the chasers and interact with the blue comet. Navigate through the Blue Tiles Path and on the fork take the right path. Interact with another blue comet. In Street Lamp Maze Zone go roughly north-west from where you enter, take one of the left paths and interact with the noh mask on the ground.

Turtleneck (タートルネック)

Appearance: Origamitsuki wears a turtleneck with a turtle's shell on the back.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Stabbing Room.

Practical Uses: None.

(Pickaxe effect required.)

Go in the top door to Smile Faces World. Go north-west to a large room with a pink door. Enter the door. use the Pickaxe on the NPCs to clear a path to the statue at the top of the room. Interact with the statue.

Black Bag (ポリぶくろ)

Appearance: Origamitsuki's body is replaced with a black bag.

Passive Effect: Origamitsuki's movement speed decreases.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Bag's Bedroom.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the right door to Mutation World. Go north-west, find and enter the large building. In the building go right into the hallway. Ignore the double doors and go to the right again. In the bedroom interact with the black bag.

Drill Hair (ドリルヘアー)

Appearance: Origamitsuki's hair turns light brown and wears it in pigtails.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Chain-Link Fence World.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the left door to Chain-Link Fence World. Go north-east, find and interact with the brown monster.

Pieces (バラバラ)

Appearance: Origamitsuki's limbs are missing.

Passive Effect: Origamitsuki's movement speed decreases.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Outdoor Tracks.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the bottom door to Scarecrow World. Go east to the patch of yellow scarecrows, then find two pairs of blue scarecrows and walk between them. Avoid the chasers and interact with the blue comet. Navigate through the Blue Tiles Path and on the fork take the right path. Interact with the blue comet.

In Street Lamp Maze zone interact with another comet NPC to go to the Train Tack. Go right past the ladder. In the next area go right again between the eyes. Once outside go right once more and interact with bunch of flesh.

Stained Glass Wings (ステンドグラス)

Appearance: Origamitsuki has colorful butterfly wings.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Origamitsuki becomes semi-transparent.

Location: Found in the Street Lamp Zone.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the bottom door to Scarecrow World. Go east to the path of yellow scarecrows. Find two pairs of blue scarecrows and walk between them. Avoid the chasers and interact with the blue comet. Navigate through the Blue Tiles Path and on the fork take the right path. Interact with another blue comet. In Street Lamp Maze Zone find an area with white benches and interact with the butterfly wandering nearby.

Peregrine Falcon (はやぶさ)

Appearance: Origamitsuki dresses as a peregrine falcon.

Passive Effect: Origamitsuki's movement speed increases.

Action: (Shift) Origamitsuki flaps her arms.

Location: Found in the Sky Walkway.

Practical Uses: Used to travel through the dream world faster.

Go in the right door to Mutation World. Go slightly north-east, find and enter the gray building. Go along the long path. In the next room interact with the bird thing on the ground.

Smock and Hat (スモック)

Appearance: Origamitsuki wears a blue child's smock with a yellow hat and satchel.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Chaser Classroom.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the bottom door to Scarecrow World. Go right until you reach the patch of yellow scarecrows. Find two pairs of blue scarecrows and walk between them. Avoid the chasers and interact with blue comet thing. Navigate through the Blue Tiles Path and on the fork take the left path. Interact with white cat creature. Go all way to the left to the school. Go left again into the classroom. Avoid the chasers and interact with the hat on the floor.

Pianica (ピアニカ)

Appearance: Origamitsuki carries a pianica.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Cargo Truck World.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the bottom door to Scarecrow World. Go east to the patch of yellow scarecrows, then find two pairs of blue scarecrows and walk between them. Avoid the chasers and interact with the blue comet. Navigate through the Blue Tiles Path and on the fork take the right path. Interact with the blue comet.

In Street Lamp Maze zone interact with another comet NPC to go to the Train Tack. Go right and climb the blue ladder to Cargo Trunk World. Go left and find the second open Cargo Truck, go inside and interact with pianica there.

Umineko (うみねこ)

Appearance: Origamitsuki wears a white hat and outfit.

Passive Effect: Origamitsuki's movement speed decreases.

Action: (Shift) Origamitsuki flaps her arms.

Location: Found in Monoko's Place.

Practical Uses: None.

Go in the left door to Chain-Link Fence World. Go south-west and go through the red fences. Go all way to the left. In the new area go left and enter the door. In the corridor go up the stairs to the top floor. Go right and enter the third door. In the dark room go south-west from the door and interact with the strange white statue. Go north and interact with strange black statue to go to Monoko's Place. Interact with the white hand in the ground.

Knuckle-duster (メリケンサック)

Appearance: Origamitsuki's head is replaced with a knuckle-duster.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Origamitsuki teleports back to the Nexus.

Location: Found in the Chaser Area.

Practical Uses: Used to quickly return to the Nexus.

Go in the top door to Smile Faces World. Go north-east and enter the small building with a gray door. Go all way to the right. In the next area go all way to the right until you reach the cat Kyukkyu-kun. Interact with him to go into the Chaser Area. Avoid the chasers and go up, on the right side you might see a green fist sticking out of the ground, interact with it.
