Overview

Neko Yume Douchuuki (猫夢道中記, Neko Yume Dōchū-ki, roughly translates to "Cat Dream Journal") is a Japanese fangame created by Toukisei in WOLF RPG Editor.

Gameplay

Neko Yume Douchuuki is a traditional fangame. The player enters the dream world by sleeping in the bed. The goal is to explore and collect effects. Interacting with the open book on the desk allows the player to save.

Move - Arrow Keys
Interact/Select - Z/Space
Open Menu/Cancel - X/Esc
Effect Action - Shift

Plot

You explore Mimitsuki's dream world.

Effects

Effect	Image	Description
Hairball (けだま)		Mimitsuki becomes a ball of fur.
Bell (すず)		Mimitsuki wears a bell around her neck. Pressing Shift makes the bell ring.
Cat Teaser (ねこじゃらし)		Mimitsuki's head is replaced with a cat toy. Pressing Shift returns her to the Nexus.
Mug (マグカップ)		Mimitsuki carries a mug.
Cart (カート)		Mimitsuki rides in a purple cart, doubling her speed. Pressing Shift makes her spin around before hopping on the spot.
Kotatsu (こたつ)		Mimitsuki lays in a kotatsu, lowering her speed. Snow falls while this effect is equipped.
Box (はこ)		Mimitsuki sits in a box. Pressing Shift makes her fall asleep for a second before waking back up.
Bag (ふくろ)		Mimitsuki becomes a tied plastic bag. Pressing Shift changes the color of the bag.
Santa Clothes (サンタふく)		Mimitsuki wears a Santa suit. Pressing Shift makes her pull out a small present which then opens and disappears.
Katsuobushi (かつおぶし)		Mimitsuki holds some Katsuobushi in her mouth.
Boater/Straw Hat (カンカンぼう)		Mimitsuki wears a Boater hat.
Human (にんげん)		Mimitsuki becomes human; her cat ears are replaced with a blue bow.
