Effects
Ballet
In the nexus, go to the left until you see some paint lines on the wall. Interacting with that spot will reveal a hole in the wall. Enter the room and interact with the pair of legs NPC.
Reset
In the nexus, enter the door with the circle. Walk around until you find a small stage with a NPC on it. Interacting with the NPC will give you the effect.
Bell
In the nexus, enter the door with a bell, then go to the right until you find the building, go into the building, go up to the fifth floor (on the second floor go to the left to find the stairs and on the fourth go up to the house without a door) and interact with the NPCs
Drifter
(Note: Reset is required).
In the nexus, enter the brown door with the black stripe, go under the ladder and find the secret passage, use Reset and interact with the NPC
Cockatrice
In the nexus, go to the left until you see some paint lines on the wall. Interacting with that spot will reveal a hole in the wall. Enter the room and touch the middle of the wall from the top, then move to the northeast until you reach two connected gray columns, climb the escalator and go to the right door.
Hand
In the nexus, enter the door with the circle. Walk around until you find a sand tower, interact with it and go down until you see a path, follow it into a crack in the wall, then go Southeast until you see a snake and a spider, interact with it and go to the right and interact with a NPC with a beak
Chorus
In the nexus, enter the door with purple curtain and then go to the left, then go along the path to a place with faces, after which you will reach a place with a bunch of faces and NPC flying on the platform, interact with NPC to get the effect

Wallet
In the nexus, enter the door with the circle on it. Walk around the world, the wallet is laying somewhere on the ground.
Clothing Cat Recipe
In the nexus, enter the door with a bell, then go to the right until you find the building, go to the building, go up to the third floor (on the second floor go to the left to find the stairs) and there find the NPC lady with cat ears, she will give you a recipe
Box O'Fluid
In the nexus, enter the brown door with the black stripe, climb the ladder and enter the first door and interact with the box
Ladder Badge
(Note: Cockatrice is required).
In the nexus, enter the door with a bell, then go to the right until you find the building, go to the building, go up to the third floor, equip and use the Cockatrice effect. Go to the ladder NPC and interact with it.
Silver Shell
Icicle Axe
(Note: Reset is required).
In the nexus, enter the door with a bell, then go to the right until you find the building, go to the building, go up to the 4th floor. In the area where you see a building with a door, go on that path to the left until you find a tree stump. Equip Reset effect and interact with the Axe.
