Skelebob
Appearance: Bob becomes a skeleton.

Location: Found in the Skeletal Forest.

Interact with the gray glass. Go north-west and interact with the skeleton walking around.
Baby
Appearance: Bob turns into a baby.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the Baby Hospital.
Practical Uses: None.
Interact with the baby bottle. Go south-east and enter the hospital. Go right and enter the doorway. Interact with the baby that has visible eyes.
Young
Appearance: Bob becomes a younger version of himself wearing a suit.

Location: Found in the Wedding Beach.

Interact with the gray glass. Go north-east and between the two gold pillars. Go north-east again to the wedding ceremony and interact with the groom.
Clown

Interract with the red glass. Go south-east and find a circus tent, enter in it and interact with the cannon, welcome to the negative version of Clown World, leave the tent and go north-east, find and interact with the big negative clown head to get effect.

Interact with the big creepy face in the cradle, your next stop is Flesh World, from place of your transportation go south, find and interact with the Madotsuki's Shirt/Sweater's Pattern to get effect.
Mushroom
Appearance: Bob's head becomes shaped like a mushroom.

Location: Found in Mushroom World

Interact with the purple glass with the mushroom in it, head north till you see a mushroom that looks like Bob. Interact with it.
Angel
Appearance: Bob becomes an angel akin to a biblically accurate one.

Practical Uses: None.
Interact with the purple glass with the mushroom in it to go to Mushroom World, head north till you see a mushroom that has a sign that says "DANGER" on it. Interact with the mushroom to eat it and go to Heaven. Go north till you see a purple castle. Enter the castle and follow the red carpet till you reach the bright doorway. Interact with it (a little iffy because there is only one spot that works) and this will trigger the "Meeting God Event". After the video is done, you will turn into an angel and have the effect.

Appearance: Bob becomes a drawing on a piece of paper.

Interact with black glass to go to Strange Face World, find the piece of paper and interact with it OR go to Heaven and find the house with a notebook on the desk to Drawn world. Explore the map until you see a Hebrew sentence in red (not necessary but puts thing in context). Go to the school and go into the classroom with "HEB" above it. Interact with the red-eyed teacher. You will be prompted with the question "What is the translation of the Hebrew phrase in red on the map?" Go to the classroom with "DET" above it and interact with him to get the answer (REMEMBER TO CAPITIALIZE THE I!). Go back to the teacher and type in the answer. She will reward you with the Paper effect.
Golem
Appearance: Bob becomes a golem.

Location: Found in Prague
Practical Uses: None.
Go to Strange Face World and interact with the chair to go to a house in Prague. Go to the synagogue and enter the big door. Walk around till you hear a key rattling sound. Interact with the man there to get a key. Go back to the hallway and go to the smaller door. Keep on going until you reach the janitors closet. The room after that (which was locked before you got the key) has a golem in it. Interact with it to get the golem effect.
