Interact with them to get the Effect.

Halloween

You will need the Jellyfish and Bat effects and the Key to obtain this effect.

Enter the mirror in the upper right corner. Make your way to a pink-haired NPC with bat ears and wings and use the Bat Effect to interact with her. Go north-west in the next area to a house. Head inside the house and follow the guide to obtain the Key. Once that's in your possession, go up the stairs on the right and enter the closet. Follow the path until you reach the end room. Activate the pentagrams in the room's four corners by passing over them in the following order: upper-right, upper-left, lower-left, lower-right. Interact with the ghost NPC that appears. You'll then be teleported back to the house. Interact with the purple doll NPC in the room up on the right.

Night

Follow the guide to obtain the Jewel. Enter the mirror in the upper right corner. Insert the Jewel into the opening in the wall. Interact with it. Navigate through the room and interact with a second jewel. Once you're in the next area, go south until you reach a space with three headed blob-like figures at the top. Interact (press the Z or Enter key) while stepping on the sparkles on the floor.

Angel

Follow the guide to obtain the Angelical Charm. Exit the house and go north-east. Pass between two angels. Go north-east from where you're teleported until you reach a trio of angels on a bed of flowers. Interact with the white angel floating between them.

Demon

You will need the Nightmare effect to obtain this effect.

Equip the Nightmare Effect and enter the green mirror from the Nexus. Interact with the NPC. Find and interact with the black demon between a trio of demons. A chaser will be after you, so hold down the Shift key to run. If you are caught, wake up manually and repeat the process again until you collect the Effect.

Items Guide

Strawberries

Enter the yellow mirror. Go south-east and interact with the small tree. You can give them to a pink haired NPC in the area where you obtain the Sugar Bunny Effect.

Coke

The Jellyfish effect is needed to obtain this item.

Enter the red plaid mirror. Use the Jellyfish on the NPC blocking the door. Leave the house. Several coke cans can be found in the houses above and next to you. Can be consumed by Chie. Using it while equipped with the Medicine Effect will cause bubbles to appear around Chie.

Flower

Seems to give Chie some more hope.

There are a total of 7 Flowers found throughout the dreamworld. Collecting all 7 will show a message for the player once they complete the game.

1. Follow the guide for the Jellyfish Effect. Interact with the jellyfish you got the Effect from. Go across the bridge until you're teleported to another area. Go north-west and enter the building. Go up to the top floor. Interact with the bust with the crown.

2. Enter the green mirror. Go right and between the two music notes. Go south-west and between the two trees. Go up and right from where you're teleported and interact with the spindly gray statue. Go south-west and enter the cave. Go up through the door. Go north again and go through the light on either of the floors higher up. Interact with the red flower.

3. Follow the guide for the Sugar Bunny Effect. When you enter the area you get the Effect from, go right and interact with the pink blob. Go north-east and interact with the trio of NPCs.

4. Follow the guide for the Dark Flowers Effect. Go south-east and enter the cave. In the next area, go south-east and pass between the crosses. Head north while avoiding the chasers (use the Shift Key to dash) and interact with the red flower near the large evil-looking figure.

5. Enter the green mirror. Go south-east and pass between two angels. Go west and go between the golden curls. Interact with Chie's family.

6. The Kitsune effect is needed. Enter the green mirror. Go right and go between the two music notes. Go between the two snow covered trees. Go west and equip the Kitsune Effect in order to interact with the bear girl NPC. In the next area, go south and interact with the purple NPC with the long hair.

7. Follow the guide for Flower 6. Go a little further south and interact with the pink-haired NPC with the mask.

Colorful Pills

The Sick effect is needed to obtain this item.

Enter the yellow mirror. Go south-west and interact with the purplish stack of pancakes. Equip the Sick Effect and interact with one of the ghouls. Go through the door and interact with the NPC in the white lab coat. Changes the color of the Sick Effect.

Jewel

Follow the guide for the Short Hair Effect. Go further south-west and enter the cave. You can find this item in one of the treasure chests. (You can also obtain the ??? item this way.) Be careful, chasers will awaken whenever you open a chest. Used to obtain the Night Effect.

Found in a treasure chest. It does absolutely nothing.

Angelical Charm

Enter the green mirror. Go south-east to a small grass-roofed building. Head inside and interact with the sparkles next to the bed. Used to obtain the Angel Effect.

Key

The Jellyfish effect is needed to obtain this item.

Follow the guide for the Halloween Effect. Inside the house, head up the stairs on the left and use the Jellyfish Effect to destroy the pumpkins on the table. The key is inside one of them. Used to obtain the Halloween Effect.

Ending Guide

Collect all 19 effects, return to your bedroom, and open the door. If you collected all 7 flowers, an extra message will appear at the end.
