Overview

Older is a Japanese fangame created by xom - the creator of S⁄⁄D, Tec and obox - in RPG Maker 2000. It stars a boy named Takashi (たかし), who is speculated by many fans to be a soldier of sorts.

Gameplay

Older is like most Yume Nikki fangames, but the focus is more on collecting the 4 effects scattered throughout Takashi's "dream" world. Takashi enters the dream world from what appears to be an old-fashioned projector/camera. You save at the typewriter, but there is also the option to save from the menu.

Plot

The "dream world" seems to consist of Takashi's memories/thoughts, many of which involving soldiers, tanks or old-fashioned things.
