Upon entering the dream world, check the boots right next to your bed.
Wither
Enter the red door from the nexus. Check the black flower in the upper right corner of the map.
Shears
Enter the yellow door from the nexus. Find the green spark that sends you to a different area. Go into the door and look for a flower with shears on it.
