Go in Star People World find the gray building and taking the long path, in next room interac with bird thing.

Drill Hair

Go in Chain-Link Fence World, find and interact with brown monster.

Tonakai

Go in Chain Link Fence World, go through the red fences, go all way to the left, in new area go to the left again and then take a first door, in next area go up and through stairs, then on next floor take a first door, navigate through some kind of catwalks to the Pine Tree Area, find and interact with antlers sticking out of the ground.

Smock and Hat

Go into Scarecrow World, find the path of yellow arrows, then find two pairs of blue arrows and walk between them, avoid chasers and interact with blue comet thing, navigate through blue tiles path and on the fork take the left path and interacti with white cat like creature, go all way to the left to school, avoid chasers and find effect on the floor.

Stun Gun

Go into Star People World, find the Large Buildind, in buidling take a first double doors, you found yourself some kind of corridor with water on the floor, and then you be in room fuil of beds and chasers, find a back door in upper right corner, navigate through hands paths, in Eyeball Area interact with Big Stun gun with a mouth.

Black Bag 

It is received by talking to the black bag in the larger building in Star People World.

Umineko

Go in Chain Link Fence World, go through the red fences, go all way to the left, in new area go to the left or right until find the door, in corridor go up and up again take a third door, in very dark room find the strange white thing, navigate throug the white path, interact with strange black thing to go in Monoko Place, interact with white hand.

Pickaxe

It can be found in Scarecrow World among the yellow scarecrows.

Turtleneck

It can be found in Stabbing Room in Smile Face Area where you need to use Pickaxe effect to kill the NPCs to make a way.

Cat Ears

Go in Chain Link Fence World, go through the red fences, go all way to the left, in new area go to the left or right until find the door, in corridor go up and up again take a second door, interact with tentacle to go in Tentacles World, find and interact with cat hoodie.

White Snake

Go in Chain Link Fence World, go through the red fences, go all way to the left, in new area go to the left or right until find the door, in corridor go up and then to right, take a second door, navigate through White Snake Path, interact with sacred pillar.

Noh Mask

The effect is located in the same map as the stained glass wings: the Street Lamp Labyrinth.

Pianika

Go into Scarecrow World, find the path of yellow arrows, then find two pairs of blue arrows and walk between them, avoid chasers and interact with blue comet thing, navigate through blue tiles path and on the fork take the right path, in Street Lamp Maze zone find the another comet NPC to go in Train Tack, go all way to the right until you noy find the Blue Ladder, climp by it to go in Truck Cargo World, find the second opened Cargo Truck, go inside and interact with pianika there.

Knuckle-duster

It can be found by interacting with the fist in the chaser area which is accessible by interacting with the cat Kyukkyu-kun. It can be reached through a gray door in the Smile Face Area.

Stained Glass Wings

They can be found by interacting with the rainbow butterfly in the Street Lamp Labyrinth, reached by going through the Green Building found in Chain Link Fence World.

Pieces

Go into Scarecrow World, find the path of yellow arrows, then find two pairs of blue arrows and walk between them, avoid chasers and interact with blue comet thing, navigate through blue tiles path and on the fork take the right path, in Street Lamp Maze zone find the another comet NPC to go in Train Tack, go all way to the right, in the next area go all way to the right between eyes, on the outside interact with bunch of flesh.
