It can be as the original ryona game Demonophobia (with the difference of no grotesque deaths and the low level of creepy stuff), trying to run away from a monster, battle as off style. It could be just exploring the worlds calmly like in Yume Nikki, or moving with the old clock tower looking for something useful. For the most part Coma parodies platform games like Super Mario, Super meat boy, Megaman and others.
