Enter the bloody grey door to go to the Mutilated Parts World. Look for mutilated male and female-like bodies parallel to each other. Walk between them. From where you are at, go northeast, avoid the chasers and you should be in the Guts Maze. Avoid the chasers then look for another Emi in the maze. Interact with Emi, and you will be in a black space with an occasional jumpscare of a woman's face. Walk around in the black space until you see another Emi facing a large blood puddle. Interact with Emi, and after a jumpscare, you will get the effect and Emi will wake up after getting the effect. | |||

Effects Guide
Pill Bug (ダンゴムシ)
Appearance: Emi transforms into a pill bug.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes Emi curl up.
Location: Found in the Eye Sunflower corridor.
Practical Uses: Can enter some small holes.
