Motorcycle

Urotsuki rides a motorcycle. This effect increases the character's speed. When X it pressed, Urotsuki pops a wheelie.

Chainsaw

Urotsuki weilds a red chainsaw.

Glasses

Gives Urotsuki a pair of glasses.

Lantern

Gives Urotsuki a lantern. This effect lights up certain areas, but can also kill specific NPC by burning them to death.

Wolf

Gives Urotsuki wolf-like ears the same color as her hair. When X is pressed, Urotsuki howls.

Boy

Shortens Urotsuki's hair and gives her a blue shirt with a "B" on it.

Fairy

Makes Urotsuki small and gives her blue insect-like wings.

Spacesuit

Gives Urotsuki a white space suit.

Rainbow

Changes Urotsuki's color scheme entirely into a rainbow. When X is pressed, the screen flashes white and a sound effect is played. This occasionally has an effect on the landscape.

Eyeball Bomb

Changes Urotsuki's head into a bomb with an eye on it. When X is pressed, the eye closes and the bomb explodes, bringing Urotsuki back to the nexus.

Telephone

Changes Urotsuki's head into a telephone. When X is pressed, the telephone rings. This has an effect on some NPCs.

Maiko (Geisha)

Gives Urotsuki a geisha-like apperance, with robes and a powdered face. When X is pressed, Urotsuki bows and a sound effect is played. This has an effect on some NPCs.

Penguin

Gives Urotsuki a penguin costume and changes her stepping sound. When X is pressed, Urotsuki slides on her belly, much like a penguin toboganning. While in an underwater area, Urotsuki will swim above the ground while the effect is on.

Twintail

Gives Urotsuki long hair in two seperate pony tails.

Tissue

Changes Urotsuki's head into a blue tissue box. When X is pressed, Urotsuki takes a tissue from the box and places it on the ground.

Trombone

Gives Urotsuki a trombone. When X is pressed, notes are played. This has an effect on "Elvis Masada," an NPC found in an area connected to the Mushroom World.
