Dreams of Dead is a Russain yume nikki fangame.

Plot

Russian fangame with the Russian text, the first part is linear, mostly like the story part, then, exploration. You are a girl named Ая(Aya… Hello Hallucigenia!) and you're in hospital for some reason, You can save by using your friend's diary (she is in the same room as you) and you can sleep in bed to go to the "Dreamworld". The weapon is a knife, somewhere, and some scary stuff included.
