Appearance: Lucy's head turns into an egg.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (A) The egg begins to crack and then hatches after a few seconds.
Location: Found in The Deep Woods.
Practical Uses: Allows the player to warp to the Nexus.
Flowers
Hold a bouquet of flowers. .
Appearance: Lucy carries bouquet of flowers.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (A) None.
Location: Found in The City Roads area.
Practical Uses: Needed to trigger the robot event and the gravestone event.
Box
Hide within a used box.
Appearance: Lucy hides herself in a cardboard box.
Passive Effect: Running is disabled and chaser enemies will ignore you.
Action: (A) None.
Location: Found in Syringe World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to safely get past any areas guarded with chaser enemies.
Globe
Transform your head into a sphere of the earth.
Appearance: Lucy's head turns into a globe.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (A) Lucy spins the globe using her left hand
Location: Found in The School.
Practical Uses: Can be used to warp anywhere else at random.
