PJ, full name Phillip Joindre[1], is the protagonist of pajama.
Appearance
PJ has tied-up dark blue dreadlocks with a blue hair tie and wears a blue tank top with a crescent moon on it. He also wears dark grey sweatpants with prominent light-blue drawstrings and blue-toed socks. He has a short, tubby stature, along with dark skin, a thin layer of facial hair, and a moderate amount of body hair.

Personality
PJ is an exhausted narcoleptic.[3] During the events of the game, he's shown to have low self-esteem when he looks at his bedroom mirror.
Judging from the space imagery and telescope on his balcony, along with his moon talk top, he is an avid fan of the cosmos.
Past
pajama's itch.io page states that PJ is sleeping to cope with his lover's temporary absence.[4] This implies that PJ depends heavily on them for things.
