Overview
Limbo is the main character of the game 12am; not to be confused with the fangame of the same name.
For unknown reasons, he is referred to as the Prince by the dream world's people.
Appearance
Limbo has thick blonde hair. He has a large nose and buck teeth. He wears a green long sleeve shirt and jeans. His shoes are black.
Personality
Not much is known about Limbo's personality, except that he is cowardly and is often seen panicking when confronted to sudden changes.
He might also have a likeness for internet culture, as his computer's wallpaper is drawn in a style similar to the popular webcomic Homestuck.
Past
Not much is known about Limbo's past, but he is said to be bullied in school for his big nose. The game also mentions that he takes pills; it is possible that some severe events might have led him to be under medication.
Relationships
As the game remains unfinished, there isn't much known about the other characters, nor their relation with the protagonist.
Real World
- Nolan: A stuffed clown that seems to be very important to Limbo, as he calls it "brother" when taking his head in the dream world.
- Sheepy: Most probably Limbo's domestic sheep.
- Gilla: A close friend of Limbo. They seems to be in good terms, although Limbo doesn't always agree with her.
- Tom: Most likely to be a close friend of Limbo; he likes to tease him about Gilla.
- Mrs. Agatha: Limbo's teacher.
Dream World
- Mame: A zombie girl from the dream world. She seems very excited to see Limbo and gives him a ticket, whose usage is unknown at this state.
- BonBon: A mysterious folk that calls Limbo the Prince for unknown reasons. From their dialogues, it seems like they are the one that is in charge to wake Limbo up when seeing him.
Trivia
- In the Picture folder of the game, there is a face icon and a charset of Limbo that are, somehow, name him "Yugo". It might be either the first name the developer game him, or a surname similar to most dreamers.
