Effects
Window (まど)
Interact with the blue object in the middle. Go towards the center-right edge of the world and step on the last tile of a path curving downwards. You should be teleported to a bedroom. Interact with the blue circle in the middle.
Penguin (ペンギン)
Interact with the blue object in the middle. From where you're standing go: down four tiles, right 5 tiles, down 1 tile, right 2 tiles, down 2 tiles, right 5 tiles, down 1 tile and right 4 tiles. You should be teleported to an area with interwining pink and white tiles. Go right and interact with the blue circle.
Japanese sword (日本刀)
Interact with the red object on the left. Go down a couple of steps, then right. Interact with the decapitated head. Go straight up the path and interact with the bloody sword. Interact with the blue circle.
Potato(?) (ぐががぎいお)
Interact with the blue object on the right. Go north-east and interact with the blue circle.
Call "Yuuko" (呼び出し「ゆうこ」)
Interact with the blue object in the middle. Step on the last tile at the end of the path just at the bottom-left corner of the world. Go north and interact with the NPC to get an unusable item.
Return to the nexus and interact with the pink object beside the Nexus entrance. Go up through the broken window. Step on the last tile of the top-left pink path. Go up again and interact with the blue circle.
Call "Souta" (呼び出し「そうた」)
(Japanese Sword is needed).
Interact with the red object on the left. Go north-west from the entrance and interact with the NPC in glasses to get an unusable item.
Return to the Nexus and interact with the pink object diagonal of the blue object on the right. Go down the stairs behind the green fence. Go up again to two bathroom doors. Enter the men's bathroom. Use the Japanese Sword to kill NPCs blocking your path and make your way to the door. Go inside and interact with the blue circle.
Call "Ika" (呼び出し「いか」)
Interact with the blue object on the right. Go straight down from the entrance and interact with the cloaked NPC to get an unusable item.
Go back to the Nexus and interact with the pink object closest to the top-right corner. Go right and enter the castle. Go north-east into the next room and interact with the blue circle.
Nothingness (きょむ)
Interact with the green book in the Nexus, next area interact with the point above big letter I in word VOID, and finally interact with the blue circle to get effect.
Psychedelic (サイケ)
Interact in Nexus with a red book, go slightly south-west and interact with the green book, go slightly south-east and interact with the red book, go north-west to the group of psychedelic clones of Sudou and interact with the blue circle to get effect.
