Practical Uses: Can be used to travel through the dream world a lot faster.
In the nexus, take the first path south of the entrance. Go a bit north, then east and enter a convenience store. Inside, interact with the door of what looks like a miniature convenience store. Go southwest and interact on top of the sparkle.

Appearance: Luke holds a telephone to his ear.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) The phone rings and Luke holds it to his head, warping him to the nexus.
Location: Found in the Road.
Practical Uses: Can be used to warp back to the nexus.
In the nexus, take the first path south of the entrance. Go northwest and enter the building. Head southeast and down the road. Interact with the telephone.

Action: (Shift) Luke slumps over for a moment.
Location: Found in the Guardrail Area.

In the nexus, take the southernmost path from the entrance. Go northeast and into a grey tunnel. Head right and into the bloody cave. Go a bit left, then up and interact with a large red object with a bloody pipe embedded in it.

Appearance: Luke has spikes on his hands.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Luke swipes with his hand.
Location: Found in Hand World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to kill NPCs.

In the nexus, take the southernmost path from the entrance. Go northeast and into a grey tunnel. Head right and into the bloody cave. Go southwest and interact with a red NPC. In the red maze, go south and then west once the path splits in that direction and interact with the Red NPC. Avoid the chaser here with the feather effect and go left and touch the cone. Go a bit south, then east and interact with the bloody hand. You'll need to be on a tile just behind and on the right side of it.

Action: (Shift) A short song plays on the walkman.

In the nexus, take the first path south of the entrance. Go northwest and enter the building. Go into the classroom to the right and pick up the walkman from the desk.
