In nexus interact with second from right symbol to go to Shadow Swamp, find there a fast-walking red creature and interact with it to get effect.
Juventud/Young
In nexus interact with top-middle symbol to go to Star World, go roughly south-east and find a weird yellow humanoid like figure, interact with it to get effect.
Pistol
You need Young Effect.
In nexus interact with the first from right symbol to go in Gray Faces World, go north-west to the two pillars and walk between them (from behind), in slightly north-west direction find eye on the wall and interact with it, find some kind of entrance but before that use Young Effect to go in Place of Crime, go south two rooms and interact with the pistol in room from left to get effect.
Hombre Oscuro/Dark Man
In nexus interact with the first from right symbol to go in Gray Faces World, find there a little black and white boy with a blue eyes and interact with it to get effect.
Voyeur
In nexus interact with the middle symbol to go in Blue Doodles World, find there different from eachother doodle, you can one under wall and interact with it to get effect.
Plastic Bag
In nexus interact with the bottom-middle symbol to go in Dark Forest World, find there bag on the rock and interact with it to get effect.
Fake Fox
In nexus interact with the upper-left symbol to go in Fairytale Field, find there a fox npc and interact with him ro get effect.
